My friend Joel on guitar had the idea of using the acoustic guitar as the lead instrument in this version as opposed to the piano like in the Mercy Me version. Brilliant!<br /><br />His son, Jacob, a self-taught bass player, did a sweet bass solo during the music bridge. I was inspired to sing it at a youth function at church. The strength of the song was so powerful, you could hear a pin drop.
